Why your windows look streaky after rain
Rain itself doesn't streak — it picks up dust on the glass and dries unevenly. A professional clean removes the dust film, so the next rain rolls off cleanly.

Most Memphis-area homes need gutters cleared twice a year — late spring (after pollen and seed pods) and late fall (after oak/maple leaf drop). Heavily wooded lots may need quarterly.
Adjust sprinklers so they don't hit windows, and rinse off salt-spray or fertilizer overspray quickly. Once minerals etch glass, removal requires special restoration.
Vinyl, painted wood, and stucco should always be soft-washed (low pressure + cleaning solution). High pressure on siding can drive water behind it and cause hidden damage.
Skip paper towels — they shed lint. A clean microfiber and a 50/50 distilled-water + vinegar mix in a spray bottle keeps interior glass clear without streaking.
Book exterior cleaning 2–3 weeks before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our calendar fills fast in November, and weather windows narrow as we head into December.
